Cosmic Field
His form has dropped away in recent times and he now has a rating of 60 so the plan is that with a change in environment and training regime we can get his confidence back and he will back in the winners circle.
A lovely tall horse, he has made a good impression since his arrival to us and has retained some race fitness so will be ready to go back to the jump outs and races in the next month.

Mahjong Maggie

Having enjoyed success to date with tried horses like metropolitan winner and stakes performer Commando Drift, Rule Of Time and Amani, Thomas Sadler Racing has taken the next step into the yearling market and we would like you to join the stable on this exciting next venture.
On Tuesday, Tom and Sarah purchased a filly by Magnus from the mare Lisa In Green, who has already produced My Boy Chris, a five time winner in Western Australia who was by the rather unsuccessful Palentino.
The filly was purchased for $30,000 from the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale at Oaklands, the same sale that outstanding sprinters Bella Nipotina, I Am Me, Benedetta and Hong Kong star Victor The Winner all went through.
Tom believes that his newest recruit has the capabilities to quickly make her presence felt at the races.
“I really like this filly, I’m quite excited that we were able to grab her," he said.
"She’s an August foal, so typically they’d be early goers and I’m a huge fan of the stallion, Magnus. They just all get to the races and have a great attitude.
"This filly was no different, she’s very sharp, she’s got a really good, deep girth, good power behind the saddle, seems like the style of filly that I’d like to have in the stable.”
“She will come home and have a rest for a few weeks to get over the overwhelming process that is a yearling sales prep, before heading to be broken in at the start of April to begin her career as a racehorse. There is no reason she can’t be up and going early, her broodmare sire EQUIANO raced and won at 2 and her physicality suggests we can get cracking with her. No abnormalities on X-rays and a good wind function on scope. Certainly looking forward to seeing what’s under the hood”
As well as racing for the terrific prizemoney already on offer in Victoria, this filly is also eligible for further bonuses through the VOBIS program.
Thomas Sadler Racing's foray into the yearling market comes at an exciting time for the developing stable, following on from the stable's move to their new purpose built training facility on the Bellarine Peninsula.
